PULASPACE YEAR -END MEMO
Hello and welcome to Pulaspace’s 2022 end-of-year memo.

Current State
Pulaspace.com has a Mobile App (available on Google App Store) with a waitlist of over 400 investor ready startups and 100 investors. The startups have been sourced by active inbound from Venture Scouts/Analysts in the South and East African startup ecosystems, as well as organic inbound through the website.
Pulaspace Capital is in the process of raising a US$10 Million fund to set up operations and commence fund disbursement to startups in East, West and Southern Africa.
Investors consistency
A renaissance is underway that will bring the change that is needed to support new digital technology startups in Africa. It started with tech entrepreneurship preaching, and it is now expanding to venture capital through local investors, high networth individuals, family offices in geographies in Africa and connected to global investors and partners- this is the why of Pulaspace.
Going forward, investors will be betting on disruptive startups via Pulaspace + Pulacapital, the firm, to put their money to work across the entire spectrum of tech in Africa. Pulacapital will choose how much goes into early-stage start-ups, more mature businesses, secondaries, East, West and Southern Africa deals.
